I am an Essex based Personal Trainer with an ambition to help change people's lives. Having spent years of hard work understanding how the body works and how regular exercise can make people feel better, have more energy and perhaps even live longer, I am determined to help every individual achieve their physical health and fitness goals.

Throughout my entire life I have been an active and enthusiastic sportsman with a strong passion for fitness. A former Leyton Orient academy football player,  I have played semi-professional football for Brentwood Town and Barkingside in the Ryman League  and still turn out regularly for a local team in the Essex Olympian Premier League. My football career has shown me how maintaining peak fitness can boost cardio-respiratory endurance, speed, agility and balance, as well as help control the emotions, increase motivation and improve concentration.

Through my BSc degree in Sports & Exercise Performance, I have acquired an even greater insight into the benefits of physical fitness, and now as an REPS qualified Personal Trainer my goal is to be able to give back what I have learnt to each and every one of my clients  so that you too can know how to achieve and maintain the body you desire and deserve.

But belief is everything. Remember, in order to succeed, you must first believe that you can! I provide a variety of flexible methods of training to cater for each individual client and I'm confident that we can work together to successfully reach your long term fitness goals.
